How-to videos: educating customers to increase product adoption

There's a lot we can still do without a budget. At Zocks, once our customers fully onboarded, they became obsessed with our product. But when a financial firm partnered with us, their individual advisors were hesitant to start using us. I created a series of How-To videos to help educate our customers on how easy it was to use our product. Working with our SMEs, I recorded the sessions in Riverside, and edited them myself.
