As a customer review platform, Trustpilot has a wide range of star ratings on our platform. I wanted to learn more about what 5-star businesses were getting right, so we could market those insights to lower rated customers and prospects interested in creating a better experience for their own customers.

I interviewed some 5-star businesses on our platform with a wide range of questions on what customer love meant to them and how they continued to delight their customers. This report is the highlights from those interviews.
